The House is open to the public Wednesdays through Fridays, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Subject to availability, historic interpreters are available to give guided tours. Self-guided and audio tours are always available and included with admission.
During regular hours, admissions staff will issue Cultural Access Pass (CAP) membership cards to eligible new Canadians.
Lougheed House and The Restaurant will be CLOSED on Family Day, February 18, 2019.

Self-guided and audio tours are always available during our regular opening hours. Guided tours, with a costumed interpreter, are offered subject to the availability of interpreters who are mostly volunteers. Please enquire at the admissions desk.
Through the support of The Calgary Foundation, Lougheed House is proud to offer visitors audio tours of the House and Calgary’s Beltline district. The audio tours are currently available in English, French & Mandarin.
The Lougheed House audio tour provides guests with an overview of the rich history of Lougheed House including the Lougheed family. The Beltline audio tour includes Calgary historic sites such as the Nellie McClung residence, the Ranchman’s Club, Central Memorial Public Library, and many others. The audio tour handheld devices are similar to cell phones and are included with admission charge.
Booked Tours of Lougheed House run approximately 45 min – 1 hour. Please advise us of any special requests, i.e. if guests in your party are in a wheelchair or walker or need to sit down during the tour. Your tour will be led by a Historic Interpreter in 1905 costuming.
