VENDOR APPLICATION

We are seeking applicants to participate as vendors at the 2026 Beaulieu Flower & Artisan Market at Lougheed House this July! Applicants should be artisans and vendors that focus on brightness and warmth of the summer season. Building on the success of the previous Beaulieu Flower & Artisan Market, we invite you to be a part of this community gathering for the beauty of nature and the gardens!  

Beaulieu Flower & Artisan Market will take place on July 18, 2026 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Lougheed House. The event will be held outdoors on the south lawn.   

We are seeking vendors and artisans who work in diverse mediums, including but not limited to: 

  • Fresh, dried or pressed flowers

  • Painters, illustrators, printmakers, collage artists

  • Glasswork, woodwork, silversmithing 

  • Leatherwork

  • Potters, ceramicists

  • Fibre artists, weavers 

  • Jewelry makers 

Details about the event and set up:  

  • This market will be outside Lougheed House (707 13th Ave SW) on the south lawn.   

  • Vendor set-up will start at 8:30 am and must be complete by 9:45 am. 

  • Vendors must remain open until 3:00 pm.  

  • Lougheed House will provide one 6ft x 2ft foot table and two folding chairs.    

  • Vendors will have stalls approximately 10ft by 10ft in space (enough room for one table and two chairs).

  • Lougheed House will assign the vendor stall.  

  • There is no electricity connection available.  

There are limited spots available, and applications will be reviewed on the following criteria:  

  • You must submit artwork that is well-designed, creative, and thoughtfully executed by you. Generative AI and use of copyrighted material will not be accepted.   

  • Your work must be locally made or designed. We want to promote and support artists, makers and creatives within our city, province, and country.  

  • Your work must relate to the theme of summer, flowers and nature; here are examples:  

  • Use of bright and floral elements or designs 

  • Using fresh, dried or pressed plants.   

  • Your work celebrates nature, gardens or the outdoors   

  • Keywords and motifs: flowers, plants, wood designs, outdoors, sunshine, blooming.

Applications close on May 11th at 4:59 pm MDT. Late applications will not be accepted. Applications must come through this form; emailed submissions will not be accepted. Applicants will receive a confirmation email upon submission.   

Successful vendors will be notified in the week of May 18 to 22, 2026.
