We are seeking a collaborative, strategic, and visionary leader to join our senior management team as Manager, Engagement & Experience. This role provides oversight for public programming, education, collections and archives, visitor services, exhibitions, volunteers, and community engagement. Leading a team of three direct reports, this position is responsible for implementing innovative museum practices that align with Lougheed House’s strategic framework. The incumbent will exercise initiative and pursue creative projects as well as identify revenue generating opportunities.

Lougheed House Conservation Society is seeking a temporary Collections Assistant to play a key role in a collections reorganization project, working with the Curator. This role is part of a collaborative team, working in the core museum areas of collections.

This is a project-based position dependent on funding. The position is part-time at 28 hours per week, for 6 weeks. Project start date is anticipated to be September 28, 2026.
