Join us for a tour through the ballroom level of our newly installed core exhibit, Foundation to Future followed by a thought-provoking conversation and Q & A about the role of historic house museums in our communities. Joe Anderson, Professor of History at Mount Royal University and former member of the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada, and Shannon Murray, Executive Director of Lougheed House, will explore how these special places shape public memory and why they matter today. Afterwards, participants are encouraged to explore the rest of the exhibition for free, considering what makes this historic site monumental.

Free parking is available in our lot accessed from 13th Avenue; overflow parking in lot accessed from 14th Avenue.
Please arrive at main museum basement entrance on the west side of the building.
A coat rack with hangers will be present.
Washrooms are located in the basement and on the second floor.
An elevator services all public areas of the House
